Barth Addresses LRSD Summit Participants

Barth Report Key to Achievement Gap Legislation
The report co-authored by Jay last year on the achievement gap in Arkansas was the basis of a series of achievement gap bills signed into law by Governor Beebe in April. During the 2009 legislative session, Jay worked with advocacy groups on developing the legislation. |
