His educational background and knowledge of politics and the political process will add a much needed voice to help solve the difficult challenges that face our state. I have lived in downtown Little Rock since 1966, loving the old houses but also appreciating the complex racial makeup of the neighborhood. As a high school student I participated in trying to help during the 1957 Central High crisis and since then have made it a priority to work for, and live, in a neighborhood supportive of racial equality. Our District continues has a wonderfully diverse racial makeup and with Jay as our Senator we will all have a voice. I support Jay with great enthusiasm!
